    Clean glue from Bessey K clamps

    My dad recently passed away and my Mom gave me a dozen Bessey K body clamps. Dad was pretty sloppy with the glue. What would take the clue off of plastic portion of the clamp and the metal rod?

    Question removing varnish

    My wife changed her mind and wants the oil-base varnish (clear gloss) removed from a side table. I'm very new to finishing. Should I use something to wipe it off (mineral spirits?) or sand?

    I see two entries for Rough Lumber | Alder: 4/4...

    Not quite IT, but ...
