I have owned three PSI step centers, and every single one of them have had the center point seize in the "in" position. This is despite careful use and constantly lubricating it, I believe it to be a...
Not on one of my turnings, but I recently had to "force" a small wooden table to match a very dark stained chair that my wife insisted be used next to the table. I could not find a proper stain to...
I have a CBN wheel on my Tormek, PLUS CBN wheels on my regular dry grinder. I have a Tormek jig setup on the fine side of the dry grinder, and a Roborest on the course side. This, in my opinion, is...
Ken is correct, bu that will not remove contamination from the fibers. It's merely for "dressing" the edges.
They wash very well. But do not use fabric softener.
Once the solvent (water) has evaporated, WTF is no different from other poly finishes. Should be able to overcoat it with any oil finish.

To start off, I must say that all the CBN wheels I have are from Dave at D-Way, and I've never had a regret.
lately though, I've learned of a new vendor with outstanding prices. Our turning club...

I would not be surprised to learn that the HF close quarters magnesium body drill is clone of the Klutch. I purchased the Klutch model over the HF one due to some negative reviews on The HF model,...
Originally I purchased a Neico from Amazon. It was okay, but it seemed heavy, and required a key to change out sanding mandrels. I have a holder for each grit of sandpaper (I use each one till it is...
I have both a Grex air powered orbital sander and a Klutch magnesium body close quarters drill.
i use the electric 90 percent of the time.
