Depends on how you feel about replacing one or several parts over time. I have replaced bearings, wheels, motor shafts etc. This was on Powermatic Band Saws back in the day.
I have the G0555LANV. It is an excellent saw, easy set-up, easy to operate and maintain. Keep good sharp blades, tension correctly you will have no problems.
Check out Infinity Blades. I agree with Jim Becker's statement. Upfront cost is higher but you have a blade that last 10 times longer.
I have the GO555LANV and it's a very good band saw. As far as cast iron vs aluminum vs steel wheels, I have used all of them and really find little if any difference. I prefer cast iron or steel...
I have the G0555LANV and re-saw red oak blocks almost every day with it. Blocks are 6x6, 6x8, etc. The blade that comes with this saw is really bad, I use Timber Wolf Blades in 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 inch....
