I use 15 ga nails and glue and clamps. I finish my own ply. If you check out the price of finished ply about 65-70 bucks a sheet as compared to unfinished shop birch @ 35-40 bucks a sheet....

Depending on what Im looking for. Austins is another good place but their ply is a little cheaper than Reels and Reels hardwood is a little cheaper than Austins.

I use only W/B poly also. I use a LVLP and do not have to thin it. The person asking the question didnt specify if he wanted to spray O/B or W/B. So its hard to answer the question

I would go for the Milwaukee 3 hp for the RT. For free handing the dewalt is nice but for free handing what ever I bought it would have a D handle.
