Only in Georgia, right? :p
Cary, what the gentleman at Barbo told me is that most of the used stuff is on consignment. Fortunately that means that most of the owners are open to haggling. With an economy like this, people are...
Ah, they had a great selection but I did think their prices were a bit inflated. A really cool selection of tools though. Like a Rockler on steroids, lol.
That cable is rated for 110 volts only. There is actually an almost horror story on here about an electrician using RV plugs on a heater, caught the plug on fire.
I know, I haven't posted in a while. Been so busy with school I haven't even had time to breathe!
Like the title says, my father and I visited Portland, OR last week. We went to 3 awesome WW...
I found 1/2 and 3/4 ID Goodyear rubber hose at my local Lowes. Might be worth checking out their plumbing isle, you never know!
Is that Purpleheart on the edges? It looks very sweet. Great stand!
I'm in, thanks!
Love the scale model. The guy on the porch makes the whole thing even better. :D
Just my personal opinion, but I think a wood floor in a shop looks very elegant. Almost makes your stationary tools look like furniture! :)
Actually I just saw McDonald back in February. He came to our High School auditorium to do a show.
LOL! I bet they are looking for a lot of other things. I will holler if I find a tennis ball in my plywood.
I actually dealt with this problem while connecting the TVs in our house. Correct me if I am wrong, but the box is a Dish Network VIP 622/722? If it is, than I can help you from experience. I would...
I was gonna say Leo, this is why I do all the electrical work myself.
I am not going to turn this into an argument to attempt to defend Oregon, but don't give people the wrong impression. I was just on I-5, and the speed limit is 65. Also gas prices are not higher here...
I would say to call a professional. The ever pesky black mold is a terrible health hazard in any home. Better to be safe than sorry, I guess.
Wow, that is awesome! Also, did anyone ever tell you that you have too much time on your hands?
Woo, only one more year until I'm 18. I better neglect this responsibility while I still can!
I guess it really comes down to, what do you think you would use it for? Do you sand a lot of small things that are too big for a stationary edge sander? Do you have a stationary edge sander? Those...
Blackberry storm here. I browse SMC on there no problem. Unlimited everything for the win. It's a nice feeling not having to worry if your going to go over your data or messages.
I guess I will throw something out from a teenagers perspective. I have been working with tools since I was old enough to hold a hammer. My father always taught me to respect power tools and not fear...
Looks like Lowe's brand of Tyvek Housewrap if you look closely. ;)
I sure hope this shop turns out to be a winner, because I can tell that there will be a lot of effort put into it.
Oh man, I remember when I got my permit in Georgia, I failed the test the first time. That written test was so dumb. I got my license a year later, then I moved here to Oregon. Had to take their...
Oh David, David. I live on the wrong side of the Cascades for the rain. Out here where I live in Central Oregon, all it does is snow when the precipitation falls. Well at least for the most part it...
