Go to the Craigslist free section. Search under “glass”. You should find a whole host of free coffee tables with glass tops, end tables, or just pieces of glass. Keep the glass, ditch the table.

In total I paid $150.00 for a box of stuff. That's a lot for me as I am normaly looking for yardsale planes in the $5-10 range.

I found a copy of "Woodwork Joints" by Charles H. Hayward at a yardsale. I never knew there were that many different kinds of joints! The book has pretty good photos and diagrams.

About how big are these? It's tough to tell from the photos.
