I'll second the side cutter with a cut off wheel if you have one. Then I removed the burr with another 4" side grinder with a grinding wheel. I did mine with a old 4" grinder and it worked great +...
Very nice Carl. Looks like you will have some time and love in in those. Can't wait to see the color / finished product!
Count me in, please.
and Thank You
I have 2 12" vented holes 1 top and 1 bottom. They provide make up air and the bottom one allows potential propane leaks to flow outside. Passed inspection last year. I have a 95t furnace and a 50...
Please count me in too. Thanks so much for your generosity.
Matt I didn't mean to start anything, but if it takes a big truck... Well, it doesn't sound like small scale. As Michael said "its purely personal"
I'm not so sure the idea of small scale works when there are upwards of 6,000,000,000 of us on this little ball we're stuck on.
Have you cleaned it really good with a degreaser of some sort. Any oil or film could cause it to slip. Have you tried a block of wood under and a firm tap with a dead blow hammer. Also, you might...
I'm wainscoating our office / reading room in a board and batt style
Can you set up a A frame at the top of the ladder opening? All the weight will then be on your ceiling / floor joists and a simple block and tackle or a lifting winch should do the trick.
Thanks Sam, This is good advice. I will keep them covered up and as always I'll be trying not to be willy nilly.
As it is written, so shall it be. I bow to consensus of the masters that are SMC.
Thanks All
Please count me in also, and thanks!
No problem Michael. I do like that the inlet is about chest high. I'm running the hose up to the ceiling and hanging it with a bungy so it drops down for sanding. Kinda like the boom arm from...
I'm doing a glue up on 2 mahogany 6 3/4" wide boards 5' long. I've got 29 of these to do. My question is, after I release them from bondage, What is the best way to store them? Flat with stickers,...
I just got one to go with my new CT 36. I've used it a little with an ETS 150 and 12" CSMS. I have not looked at the vac bag yet, but the DD caught a LOT! Fits the top of the vac and locks down...
Thanks Shane. You understood my question. That is exactly what I was thinking. Thank you for responding. So, good news on 2 fronts, no problem with the heat and I can look forward to MORE...
Will, the trim is 18 windows and 6 double doors , also a few built in book cases, etc. I'll have to talk with my painter / finisher about the finish and sanding. If this is true, you guys have saved...
Will, I'm trimming the house with flat Mahogany. So I'm starting with a 15hh planer, followed by (and here I haven't started yet) the 22-44 with 150 followed by 180. Then moving to the 150/3 with...
I've got a LT 16 and a 20 amp works fine for me as well.
Yes, the vac is quiet and with the hepa filter is seems like my nose is much happier. It just dawned on me, I don't know why I didn't turn on the Dylos before I sanded yesterday. Well in the next...
I'm hoping my 22-44 will handle the heavy lifting.
I'll try that Will. I was running on the lowest speed. What speed do you run your vac?
Thanks Mike. I suspected that might be the case.
