Hi All,
I did some back and forth on this, and decided that the price was more than I wanted. I have pretty much decided on the SuperMax 19-38 Drum Sander.
Thanks for the feedback
Ray
Hi Andy,

Thanks
Ray
Like Felder, MiniMax, etc.
I am looking to add a jointer to the mix AND manage space as well. The Combo machines seem like they might be the solution.
What are the opinions of folks with these...
Hi All,
I am considering the purchase of a Performax 22-44 Pro. Asking price is $2K, which would include shipping from CA.
The Performax is an older machine. Would it make sense to buy a new...
Hi All,
This became interesting - I don't say that in jest. I was very much into Martial arts for a while and studied some Japanese arts. So, I appreciate what was said about intent. That said, I ...
Thanks folks,
Will try things mentioned.

This would be a good idea, but the lines are slanted - pins on a dove tail...

I can definitely follow the line(s) I am watching, tried position a mirror to watch the line in the back (cutting pins), but my setup was a bit off. I was worried about the interaction between the...
Hi Derek & everyone else.
I seem to not have any problem following 2 lines, it is following 3 lines where things go sideways - literally!
As I cut, I seem to be able to follow the top and front...
Thanks, but this saw has no set
Ray.
Thanks Jim,
I had the most success with a 2 handed grip. I would still like to understand why this is happening, and if there are things I can do differently.

Been practicing my handsaw use for some dovetail work, and I can't for the life of me get a plumb straight cut. I am using a Japanese pull saw, watched a ton of videos, but my saw always veers to the...
Thanks Chris, I would go for it, but Somerville Tn is a bit of a drive from Boston MA...
Minimum of 8", near Boston so I could pickup.
Thanks

When I did the floor in my shop ~21 years ago, I used commercial floor tile. Clean up is a breeze, does insulate, and it does not bother my knees - which are pretty bad to start with.
