For plaques that I do, I usually use Goudy Handtooled with upper/lower caps for names. It gives it that extra flourish that our customers love.

It looks like LTC Caslon Bold Italic mixed with LTC Caslon Swash's letter "G" bolded somehow (the G that looks like it has a J fused to it). Hope that saves some time. :o

As far as a ULS machine goes, we have a ULS M-300 bought before I worked here, back in April 2003. We just had to change the tube on it, six years later in April 2009. It was run a decent amount...

I haven't tested it again at high speeds using the new firmware, but I assure you that I'll give it a try.

Originally, it was doing it even at 7% and lower speeds... It turned out that this firmware upgrade was just what I needed. It hasn't sputtered or coughed since. :p :D
