Rod, would you please elaborate on the shaper set up for your tenons? I use a PM model 10 for mortises, and currently cut tennons on the table saw with a dado stack. Thanks.

I use compressor oil in mine ( a 12 inch Crescent). It's straight 30 wt without the detergents.
Before you go out and get new slides, you might want to try this: Remove both parts of the slide set that are attached to the drawer itself. Take your belt sander and give both sides of the drawer...

I always wear a nailbag in the shop with a 6 inch square, tape, pencils, a pencil sharpener, and my dust collection remote in the pockets. Works for me.
