    Carlos,
You got one great machine. The only one who will love it more than you is your wife (no more saw dust in the house)

opinions of a 650cfm dust collector

I have the Jet 650cfm DC with a American Fabric Filter for the upper bag and the stock fabric filter for the lower bag. I called American Fabric Filter Co. and told them to design and fabricate the optimum bag for the Jet 650.
I had no height or width restriction. I'm guessing but the bag must be 24 inches in diameter and 4 feet high. The DC is off center to my cluster of machines and the duct runs are 6-7 feet. The long duct runs are 4 inch stove pipe and the final connections are flex. Blast gates on all machines. I also have a Highland Hardware separator in line on the suction side ot the DC. The DC services a 10 inch cabinet saw, 10 inch sliding miter saw, 6 inch jointer and
a Performax drim sander. I am very happy with this set up Peter

The DC1100 should suit you fine for many years. I had the same unit (minus the canister) a few years back and ran my whole shop on it with no problems. If I didn't get a cyclone for next to nothing I'd still have it.

BTW - I gave it to my Dad who was using a 650 w/ 2" clear pipe. He switched over to 4" and the 1100 and couldn't be happier

    Best wishes
