Can't exactly call this a "steal"

I know that it is a huge amt of money... but as I sold my PM66 (with some attachments) for $1800-- I thought that paying $2300 for a three year old Sawstop with 52" rails and 2 extra regular and dado brakes made sense for me and my fingers.

Now what did NOT make any sense was that I drove 5 hours round trip to pick it up!!

New baby is below. Also came with extension table and outfeed table bigger than half my "shop".

So for $500 and some gas you are a lot safer .... I used to have a PM 66 andit is a terrific saw. The SawStop is better IMHO You did well my friend!

I think the quote on new digits (if they can save them) is about $12,000 per and they are not guaranteed to work or look right even after paying that, so ya, even with the drive included it a steal!

For $500 plus safetyyou did well, as for the drive I go almost that far just to find good wood. Nice saw. Happy Woodworking, Craig

Now, my wish for you is that your Saw Stop will never have a reason to stop!
