    Simple bowl - wonderful wood.

    Cherry from the back yard. 10 1/2" x 3" - AO - not buffed and I don't think I will.

Beautiful bowl Toney. I wouldn't buff that one either.

Great looking bowl Toney! Love the rich color, the worm holes, bark inclusion and the soft finish! You got a winner with this one! Very nice work!

Mighty pretty bowl. Love all the grain action and inclusion. I think a soft glow from buffing would just make all that stand out even more..Bill..

    Just about perfect!

Toney, That bowl has everything that a great turned piece should have! It has color, shape, figure, inclusions, tactile appeal and an over all beauty! You did a fine job of revealing all the greatness from within the log.

    Super job,

    Toney,

I don't know which is better, the bowl or the photography, they are both top notch! What did you use for the background?

Toney, a really nice bowl with a great rim feature. Simple but very elegant.

I like it too. Not a big fan of hi-gloss bowls, so I vote no buffing. I don't think anyone will complain

Now I gotta go find my own piece of cherry to turn...
