And for clarification, the original picture was taken in 1861 and was pretty rough. Frank did a lot of cleaning up for me. No Photograv, 100% speed 100% power 300dpi 25 watts.

If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have one idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas... George B. Shaw

I had a conversation lately with another engraver and he swore that he wished that he had never gotten in the business due to the pickiness of customers... You know leave a comma off, misspell a word, Font close but not exactly what they had in mind. With that said I go over each of projects probably way too many times before I actually engrave them. So here is my comment, the work is great. Down right beautiful. However do my eyes deceive me but I believe I read "the Confederate Veteran, and to here him answer "Here"". It should read "the Confederate Veteran, and to hear him answer "Here"". Just my opinion and is only meant as a positive critique.

I put the text down like it was given to me but the customer realized he had copied it wrong. So anyone want to buy the exact one that's in the picture? I'll make ya a good deal!
