    Lingerie and Jewlery Chest

Hello all, Just got done with a fun project. Lingerie and Jewlery Chest. Made of cherry, about 40 inches tall, and 12inches wide. The sides open for necklace hanging. 5 small drawers, and 2 large. The finish was Tried and True mixed with spar varnish. rubbed out. This one goes to my wife, and I have another one to build for my daughter. Husbands out there, you better not show your wife this, or you will be having to make one, and over the years, supply the jewlery to fill it up! Have a great weekend all.

Nice work Michael. I like the visible through dovetails.

I just built my wife a jewelry chest too, which I'll post separately. I may end up having to build a larger one like yours before long at the rate she's going...

Michael, that is a neat design, and a good job on the project. But......... it's empty A "good" husband would have already filled it with gold chains and pearls!!

Love the cherry. To big means I would have to go back to work to fill it.

Excellent design as I don't believe I have seen one as that but... I don't get out much for that matter. The cherry looks good with this piece.

    Sarge..
