    Walnut Bowl

Here is a walnut bowl I finished turning. It is 8 3/4" across and 2 1/4" deep. Finished with Antique Oil.

    OUTSTANDING!
I like the shape and the way that you centered the grain to get that "bowtie" effect... Nice form and finish, DO IT AGAIN!

    Nice equal grain !

Bernie, The way the grain came out is so very symetrical it looks very balanced! Pretty and simple that is best most of the time.

    Bernie:
All three bowls are very nice, but this one is my favorite. I just like the grain in this wood. I am, as we say down here, "kinda partial" to it.
    All the best.

Thanks. Like I said it was toss up between this one and the ambrosia maple. I really like turning walnut. I will take a profile picture of all three bowls and post them tomorrow night.
