Advice need for TV Cabinet

I need wooden TV cabinet with lift for my newly buying plasma TV. The TV is model is 46'' TH-46PZ850U. Suggest me some online TV cabinet lift buying sites. I would also see some image of TV cabinet to get perfect idea.

One question -where are the cable box, DVD player, etc. kept? Do you have to aim far away from the TV set?

Unfortunately their web site is not nearly as good as their hardware and you have to drill down through several layers to actually see the hardware. Also, it's not cheap.
