    The Bookcase finally finished

    Skills acquired on this project:
Using my Veritas BU Jack to flush up fronts of shelves
    Making my own molding
Spraying Lacquer in my own shop with my knock down booth

Wood is red oak ply and red oak hardwood.
Pocket screws and biscuits were used in the joinery process.
Stain and Lacquer from ML Campbell (Cinnamon color and PreCat lacquer).
Molding made with Jet 13" planer/molder.

As you can see it was definately a piece I needed.

Glad its my shop I am responsible for - I only have to make me happy.

Great job, Mike. I like the molding work. And, I would say that it won't be long before you will need another bookcase - should have done a pair

Also, you motivated me to do the spray booth this weekend! I ended up using duct tape for the hinging, and made mine so it will fold up - had to cut a small piece to glue on the inside edge of the center piece to accomodate the fold, but worked great. Thanks again, to you and Al Navas for the tips! Now, to try it out. Hope I have the success you obviously had.

John, You will be suprised at how well it works!! Get some fans for the rear and open some back windows or a door. The air in the shop will funnel right through it!!
Glad its my shop I am responsible for - I only have to make me happy.
