6 inch wide double sided tape

Hi folks, time to buy more 6" double sided tape. I get it from Laser Bits.
    Anyone have a cheaper source?

Good ds tape in widths is not cheap anywhere, you have to price it into your job and recover the cost. You might try Uline and Tapecase.

    Brian:
I too have been trying to locate some wider double sided tape. I looked at the Laser Bits tape and that is actually a pretty good price for 6" wide tape. I purchased some 3m #4462 foam tape 1/32" from Grainger -12" wide and it was like $86 but it only had 5 yards on a roll! Grainger is apparently the only one that offers it that wide in that size roll, as I researched it other places. They apparently buy it in much larger rolls and then have it cut down to that size.
What thickness is the Laser Bits tape?
