    new(old) tools

    went to my mom and dads last week and dad gave me some of my grandpa's tools...all of them work but I plan to refinish and sharpen them and put them to work....I dont know much about the wood plane but it works pretty good I guess thats all that matters

    That's one helluva collections. Congrats mate.

    It is a wonderful feeling to be able to restore and use a vintage tool. And the Yankee screwdrivers, .... S W E E T....

    Clean and polish/sharpen 'em up. Even if you NEVER use them, the thought of restoring Gramps' tools is pretty special.
