    Acrylic Prices!

I have been using a company for some time now purchasing 3/8 x 12 x 24 acrylic for about $16.38 and now it is up to $32.47. Anyone else see a spike like this in acrylic. I have another vendor who hasn't changed but i am curious if this is happening across the board or is this guy NUTS!

Here they have stayed the same pretty much for 1/4", I pay $12-14 depending on which color and local supplier. I don't use 3/8" but at my usual place 3/8" is $28 for that size, at another local place I checked it's $32 so that may not be too bad. Maybe you have been getting the benefit of some older stock they were selling cheaper because they got it for less.

    Hi Dan,

I use www.delviesplastics.com but they do not show a 3/8" The 1/4" is 12-bucks so around 18-bucks for 3/8" would seem reasonable to expect. Maybe give them a call and ask about 3/8"

Delvies does have 3/8" clear for $16.

They don't tell you the shipping until you check out but maybe if you call you can get the price and compare to the local prices with no shipping charges.

DUH! Thanks Joe, I missed the obvious. I looked at the listing on the left as I only ever order 1/8" and it did seem weird that there was a huge jump from 1/4" to 1-1/4".

    1/8" Thickness Cut to Size
    3/16" Thickness Cut to Size
    1/4" Thickness Cut to Size

    1-1/4" Thickness
    1-1/2" Thickness
    1-3/4" Thickness
    2" Thickness

They have great customer service, In fact I just got off the phone with them over a price issue. Credit has been applied to my account and I will be doing more business with them. Good people.. Now thats what I call business.

I must agree about delvie plastics, great company.

I have 2 companies near me, TAP platics and Interstate plastics. Delvies beat there price even when shipping was added to total cost. They are my new plastic supllier
