    Coco & Bocote stoppers

I just wanted to post these stoppers that I turned last night. The bocote has become a runner up to my love for cocobolo. Hope to see your pics as well.
    Cheers-

    Beautiful shapes you did Jess.
What did you use for the inlay? Was it a quarter?

Jess, those are really nice. I like the shape of them alot. Nice comfy feel to them I bet. What kind of finish did you use on them?

Nice job, Jess. I like stoppers that are easy to remove. Now if I can just find some time to turn..
Where did I put that tape measure...

Thank you! Yes, these shapes are what sell (and easy to turn out) for me.
The set was a buffalo and Indian head nickel set.
For the finish I simply sand from 220-400, apply EEE then take to the mini lathe for the beal buff of white diamond and carnauba wax.
    Thanks 4 looking

    Pricing

    Jess,
Really like the shape and the finish!!
I'm interested in how you are pricing them since we have a few wineries in the neighborhood and they have expressed some interest in having some on display, for sale.
    Appreciate your suggestions.
