    Some nice wood from a couple of years ago. I roughed it out and it has been sitting on the rack covered in dust all this time. Glad I got around to finishing it - I had forgotten about the nice figure/color in this piece.

    Beautiful work Mark! Great looking wood! Really like how you hollowed it out through a natural opening! Adds a lot to the piece!

    Gotta agree with all the above Mark. Hollowing through that natural openning sure made for a unique pice. Fantastic grain flow and fits you form so well...Bill..

    Well that would have been a beauty of a hollow form no matter how you did the opening. But that natural edge just knocks it out of the park!
