Hook and Loop to PSA

Are there any conversion kits for hook and loop to psa sanding disks?
I have a bosch ROS and the sanding disks I need are all psa backed disks.
I am looking for 1200 grit silicon carbide for rubbing out a finish If anyone knows where to find them in hook and loop.

Bosch sells replacement sanding pads for ROS. They, like most sander manufacturers, regard the pads as wear items. They offer PSA pads in both 5" and 6" size. Page 150 in this pdf: http://www.boschtools.com/AboutBosch...007_Sander.pdf

If you strike out on finding what you need in H&L, you might try just sticking the PSA disk onto a clean used H&L disk. I've done it a few times and it works pretty well.
