    Nice plane!

What kind of blade did you use on it?

I'm a bit off on my plane-lingo. What is the proper name for the part above the blade used to secure it? Did you make that also?

Absolutely beautiful work!! I assume you made the hammer, as well? Exceptional! The guys over in the Neander forum are going to love this - you need to post a thread there as some of them don't wander over this way much.

    Welcome to the creek!!

Russ, welcome to SMC....and that's one beautiful plane! The edge treatment you did on the brass is really different and very attractive.

Hi Russ, welcome to the Creek. That is a great plane. I would also like to know more about the process of building that plane.

Beautiful. I am curious about the wood used.

Wish I could give it a test spin.

A real work of art Russ, seriously impressive. I'm with John, respectfully think you should post this also in the Neander section.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Beautiful plane!

Have you made other planes? If so, I'd love to see more pictures.
