When I pause my mouse over the title of a thread, a small window pops up displaying the text of the initial post. The problem is that the window only lasts a few seconds and I can never read the entire contents if it is more than a few words long. Is there any way to make these windows persist longer?

Since my last Fire Fox update, I get a small window with nothing in it. I think your (our) problem is on our end, not the forums'. If I figure it out, I'll post here. Maybe related?

I use Firefox and my mouse opens a similar window with text, but it only lasts 10 seconds or so.

There are a few posts on the Firefox forum about this. A known problem apparently.

James - I agree that having the popup stay longer would be nicer. But I just roll off the link and then back on and it comes back.
What I would like to see is the same sort of functionality for the 'most recent post', so I can hover and "preview" it before clicking. I asked before, and someone mentioned that the software used doesn't support the function in that way...
I wondered why the baseball was getting bigger....then it hit me.
Just move off and move back, it will re-appear for another few seconds. Annoying but, there are only a few words there so a couple times will usually get you what you're after.
