    Selecting Posts to View **POLL**

Please take this poll to satisfy my curiosity of how members actually select posts to read:

I use the "New Posts" Feature
I select from individual forums for latest posts of interest.

I’ve been using “new posts” almost from day one. I can’t imagine doing it any other way.

Same here... View New Posts is the only way to fly-- it's really the way the forum is designed to be read.

"New Posts"! Absolutively! There's just way too much great content within all the forums, that I wouldn't want to miss it! Even at that, I still miss stuff from time to time.

I use new posts also. I usually read the forum at work in odd moments and during lunch. I get a little annoyed when it shows I have 3 pages to look at them times me out and when I get new posts again there are only 5 or 6 entries. So I know I am missing a lot. But I still use new posts and read as many as possible.

I first did individual forums, then switched to new posts, and now I am back to individual forums.

I like going to the particular place that interests me when I see new posts

I visit the individual forums, but I do check out all of the forums.

I do both.....................depending on what I am looking for, and how much time I want to spend at that visit.

I find I miss stuff if I don't get down and dig around in the trenches. Don't know if it is my machine but the replies to, and some threads don't always show in a New Post.

I have to get in there and dig up some new dirt, er, new interests to me.
I frequent FPP, General, and off topic. Thats about all.

Thread subscriptions point me to activity on threads I'm participating in and allow me to monitor those conversations no matter what I'm doing. Other than that, when I get time, I surf the forums not only for new posts but for new threads of interest. I've never used the "New Posts" feature, but guess I should try it out. But habits are what they are...

If I want to see the latest, I use new posts. But, if I'm looking for something specific, I use search.
