LMAO honestly at this. Don't feel the need to expand on my comment either.
Any reason not to have a shower and bed too? Works well in this scenario, especially with a 50" plasma on the wall

I have a phone in the shop so I can answer the phone when LOML is out without tracking sawdust into the house. There is too much dust in a shop for a computer to live long and no TV, I can watch that in the house. I do have a radio that plays music from an Ipod.

I have seen pics in shop tours on SMC with TV & computers and often wondered about the impact of dust on them. I can't imagine a computer living long in a shop even with a top notch DC. But I could be wrong.
I keep a phone with me for emergencies and the fact that LOML doesn't want me to be out of touch when she is gone.
Have a toilet and shower in my shop, never used the shower so it is storage. Radio is a $5.00 Garage Sale one so when it fills up with dust no great loss. Always carry cell phone. Have ran phone line to shop, but never used. Don't watch TV in the house, so don't need one in the shop. If I had a computer out there I would never get anything done.

Stupid Hurts.............
Same here, I watch very little of that junk when I am in the house.I have a hard time seeing a reason for a TV in the house, much less reason for cable TV in the shop.
Too much time already spent on the computer.
Cell phones do not work in this area until we get out of the hills.
I would like a phone out there just in case.
I do not have many power tools, so less likely to cause power injuries.

Have a phone in the shop but only because it is attached to the burglar alarm. Too many goodies top risk a loss.
