The space under my Delta bandsaw is totally wasted. Currently my saw is on a metal stand with legs. I'd like to make an enclosed stand for the saw with some drawers on it. I plan to just mount the metal base of the saw, to which the motor is also mounted, onto a plywood cabinet.
Anything I should worry about before I give it a go? If anybody has any pictures of their own bandsaw bases, I'd sure appreciate seeing them. Thanks.
