    Lee Valley Digital Height Gauge

I have some Lee Valley gift cards burning a hole in my pocket. Came across this:

Anyone have it? Feedback? Better alternatives?

Probably more than I'd spend for something like that but since it's free money, I'm willing to splurge a bit.

I don't have that one but I have a Wiexy and love it. I use it on the router table fence and bit, the table saw and the band saw.

I like the tool it makes it easy to go right back to a setting.

I have the LV height gauge - received it as a christmas gift.

It's very well made and stable. Easy to adjust and zero. I have Wixey units on my drill press and on my thickness sander. I believe the LV is of comparable if not better quality in terms of fit and finish.
