I was talking to man named Yuri Sadykov [sadykov (at sign) gmail (dot) com] and he said he tried to register was unable. I was wondering if a moderator could look for a registration under that name and email address and approve it.
Otherwise, should he try and sign up again?

Yuri hadn't completed the registration process, that is why he couldn't post. I manually approved his account this afternoon.
