Dave hadn't returned the email to verify his new address. I manaully updated his account.

Thanks for getting my account back up and running. I'm not sure what happened as I never received a confirmation email. I went through the process twice on different days and even tried using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. I've checked the email address I entered in my profile several times and it is correct.

The contact us link will put your message into a rather large que with probably hundreds of messages ahead of yours. We answer them as fast as we can but the mail comes in at a rate you wouldn't believe every day.
