Question about Delta Rockwell 37-220 Jointer

I recently purchased a used Delta Rockwell jointer,

The seller wasn't sure of the model number but after some research this morning, I think it's Model 37-220. See photo. Can anyone confirm the model number?

Also, I could use some help determining the speed at which the cutter head should be turning.

I'm using a 1 1/2 hp Delta motor with 3,450 rpm. When I first got the jointer, the motor had a 2" diameter pulley and the jointer rotor had a 3" diameter pulley. With the setup, the RPM of the cutter head was far too slow. I reversed the pulleys (3" on the motor, 2" on the jointer). This increased the rpm of the cutter head but I still think it should be faster.

Without the manual, I'm not sure what the rpm of the cutter head should be and therefore what the proper pulley configuration should be.

Can anyone out there offer some suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Scott C.
