Hi Alan,
Welcome to the Creek.
Are You talking about the photo people have next to there name or a picture of your work??? If it is a photo next to your name it's called a avatar click on the UserCP. It's under the form heading on the top of the page. In the left hand colum of that page select edit avatar. You have to resize you photo to 50 x 50 pixels.
