    Making pens yesterday

My company has an Expo in Baton Rouge this week so I've been busy finishing up a few pens to give to coworkers. I work for a company that contracts independent catastrophe field adjusters to the insurance industry.
The oak pens are from a Live Oak tree off of the LSU campus in Baton Rouge that had damage from Hurricane Gustav. The antler pens came from Illinois deer that had damage from ....... other means.

Nice group of pens... I'm sure your coworkers will be excited to get them. I particularly like the first live oak pen... If only it came from somewhere other than the LSU campus

Thanks George. Slimlines came from Wood TurningZ, the tycoon and Apollo Infinity came from Penn State. I the slimlines from Penn State have a plain band but their Funline kits are more like the ones from Wood TurningZ.

I liked the oak one before that you posted, but I would have to say the antler pens are my favorites. Nice work!
