Dave, it looks to be a very nice piece, and larger pics would help show it off a little better. Hard to appreciate all you have done with it.
Really nice piece. Bigger pic's would have made it's viewing a little better.

I,m still learning the resizing part.
Better!! Very nice, and a beautiful finish. What did you use?

That is really an excellent piece. Please describe the finish, it is great!
Could you explain "a dish from a board"? is it a glue up?
Beautiful work!

Now that pic does it justice! Very nice!
Outstanding piece Dave. Love the form and color of the wood...Bill...
Looks great. You must have spent a little time on the finishing of that piece!

That's beautiful, and wow, it is glossy! Great looking dish.
that's really nice looking. very clean! what's the size?
Yes,I guess it is a form of segmenting..And yeah, you cut apart a single board and glue it up..It took the same amount of wood to make the bowl as it did to make the lid.
It measures 8 in diameter by 5 1/2 high. The finish is tru oil.
Dave,
Very nice piece. Form is great and the finish is excellent. Where are the segments of the bottom? It is hard to see from your picture? Share your finish with us also.
