    Wood Gloat, lots of pictures

Cut down that olive tree on Wednesday and finally finished cutting up and sealing everything. My basement is jam packed now. They haven't taken out the stump yet but i'm hoping to get a little bit more. It's certainly pretty stuff.

good gloat, your wall of blanks should keep you busy, i like the way you have done that, do you treat the wood for insects before putting up??

OK, Alex, I am ready to do a wood exchange!!! Man, that is some beautiful stuff, and you certainly have a bunch of it. Lot of bird's eye, and really nice grain going on.

Nice haul Alex. Surprised to hear you have a basement in SoCal - I lived there a long time and didn't see too many houses with basements. That wood will make some nice bowls.
