sending PMs

I can no longer send PMs to other members. I can still receive them, but they no longer go out. Is there something I need to change on my computer??

I'm not sure, but maybe you need to be a Contributor ($6) to send PM's? Not sure about that though. I'm sure Keith or Jackie will answer soon.

You don't need to be Contributor to send PMs....to my knowledge.

Try deleting everything in your "Sent" box.

Ken - didn't know there was a "Sent" box. Rummaged around, couldn't locate it. I did find where I could specify to keep a copy. If I check "yes" will I then see a link for the sent items?

There is nothing in my "Sent" box and only 4 total messages in my in box. Everytime I type out a PM and then hit send, the screen just goes back to the original PM folders and there is still a big "0" in messages sent. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem. I send messages but nothing shows up in my sent folder

Try this....

Go to the top left of the page. Select User CP

Down the left side of the User CP page select Edit Options

Scroll Down to Private Message and make sure you have "save a copy in the sent file by default" selected.
