How To Make Helix Forms With A Scroll Saw.

I made a video demonstrating how I make helix forms using a scroll saw with a spiral blade. Here is a link to the video on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-KDTlept6U

If you want more information you can click on the link in the information area to the right of the video, or find it in my SMC profile. Thanks!

Pretty amazing. I still have made only one gear from the first ebook and want to get back to it. Now I'm going to get distracted again. Thanks.

Thanks Paul and Bill. Paul you should try this since you already have a copy of my gear making technique - there is a second jig not shown in the video that utilizes wooden gears to make the larger helix forms. You can even attach a low speed gear-head motor to it and sit back and watch it go.

LOL!! That's funny you mentioned a vortex - I have made one of them in my workshop too. It's 8 feet tall and I use it as a dust collector :-)
