    Beall collets

Can someone tell me if the ER 40 collects fit in the Beall collet chuck? Beall only list up to size 3/4" and I would like to have 1" if possible, or at least, 7/8".

    Thanks.

Beall chuck uses the ER32 collets -- search ebay seller "discount-tools" for a table showing available ER32 collets and corresponding gripping range (btw, 13/16" looks like the max). I haven't purchased from this seller.

Thanks for the info Jim, it is what I expected but was hoping otherwise. I have a 5C collet chuck that I use for the larger sizes but the Beall is more convenient and, less weight.

I bought a set of metric ER32 collets off eBay for around $80. If I remember correctly they cover 3-20mm, which is a greater range than the standard set. Also, the standard sets skip some dimensions.
