    Try some of your trophy supply houses. It looks like a fairly standard design.

    It looks like it came from crown awards and I dont know where they get there medals from

    These actually came from Dinn Bro. but when you order from them you pay the same minus 15%. I figured I would be able to find them at wholesale price but I think I may have been mistaken. Thank you all for your help.
