Very nice piece with some unique and subtle koa. The wife and I just got back from our second trip to the big island.
I really like the laser engraving. I need to find someone in Houston who can do that kind of small random item for me

Ed, I have been hanging out in the turners forum, and hadn't been over here in a few days - missed the posting on this one. Very nice work, and as I have commented previously, the laser work really makes these special!

Box looks great and love the engraving on the inside of the lid.
Does Jerry have a shop in Smyrna where he does work for outside people? I'm in Marietta and would like to have some detailed work done from time to time. I engrave now with my CNC but it can only get so fine.
