    Laminated maple table repair

I have to repair a laminated countertop that's about 1.25" thick. The layers are delaminating and causing the table top to warp. What is the best way to rip the layers apart so I can join and relaminate the pieces? I would be inclined to use a thin kerf blade on my bandsaw but passing the large table through will be a difficult task.

I would try to cut the top in half to make it easier to handle.

After that, either the table saw or bandsaw.. expect to have to replace a few pieces..

If the top is too big to wrassle through your stationary saw, then use a circular saw and a straightedge. But you'll still have the problem of wrassling it over a power jointer. You might need to use a handplane.
