EMCO lathe & mill

I'm jumping over from the engravers forum to hunt for information from you folks at CNC .... I have an opportunity to get an EMCO Compact 5 CNC lathe and a EMCO F1 CNC mill .... these are both older (I think) machines but appaear to be in good shape. I can't run them because they are staged for an auction. With this little bit of info, can anyone tell me if EMCO builds good equipment and what these might be worth if they work?

not sure what they are worth, they are lathes with cnc and can be run by mach 3, you could make aluminum objects (chess sets) candle sticks, custom small part machining, there are bunches of you tube vids
