    Question Crown Settings

    I used to have a list of angles to cut crown laying flat rather than vertical. I have been asked to cut 7" crown. My 12" Dewalt won't do it vertically so I have to do it laying down. What are the compound angles for the various inside/outside angles? Is the crown placed with the bottom facing the fence or way from the fence? Thanks in advance.
