    A sad day

Arnold lost a son, being a very small town (under 4000) every one knew Gavin. Today brings back too many memories and tears from another era. Prayers for Gavins family and our town as we have two more of Gavins high school buds due to deploy. One is a neighbor and might as well be a grandson.
Gavin is the first casualty from Arnold and I pray he is the last.

My wife and I pray daily for those folks in harm's way and for them to be brought home. My condolences to your community and Gavin's family. (I have tears in my eyes as I type. Can't tell you how sad this makes me.)

I have no words to offer, but I also do not want your loss to go unacknowledged by me. It is a sad day; my wife and I do pray daily for the men and women of our armed forces. Any loss we feel here, I know, pales in comparison to yours, we offer our condolences as well.
