Brian at Holbren is a class act. I had used his 'website contact form' to ask some questions about a particular bit and a bearing. I got a quick response from Brian and some extra help.
By email I offered to call tomorrow due to the time difference between the coasts. Brian emailed back to call him right then if I wanted. I took him up on it. Had a nice chat and my order is in the works.
Its great to do business with someone who takes your business personally and will go the extra mile for even the smaller things. No affiliation; just a satisfied customer.
