Looking at the Jessem dowelling jig and the Bridge City DJ_1 Drill jig --Any thoughts

Been looking at both the Jessem dowelling jig and the Bridge City DJ-1 drill jig.

Any comments about the plus and minus of each tool.

Appreciate any information.

I really can't comment on the DJ, it looks like a very versatile tool. I think a lot has to do with what you are going to use it for the most. I think the Jessem would be much faster for doing normal doweling but the DJ looks like it could do a little more.

I had a DowelMax and now have the Jessem.
