    NE bowl

Bowl finally worthy of posting. I think...... This is a milo bowl. A local semi hard wood.

Sorry for the ghetto pics, I'm not a photographer. They're sitting on my finishing table.

    Comments of course are wanted.

Very nice looking bowl. That natural edge on the rim just makes that bowl stand out.

Very nice form, good finish, and that wood is really nice! You should get more of it!

Nice bowl Kyle! I love the wood. Where'd you get it? I used to live in Haleiwa and never saw that before. It almost has the same character as Koa. Very pretty

Kyle, this is beautiful. I saw it on another forum, I think... this is the second time I've heard of Milo. (Other than a farm & ranch crop, here in Texas, that is.)

I was mistaken... I went back to the other forum, and discovered it wasn't the same bowl... You did a good job of keeping the bark on this, Kyle... Nice work!

I like it a lot. I'd like to see the profile pic as well.

Milo is a beautiful wood. I wish it grew around here. You're fortunate to have access to some of the most beautiful wood on earth.

    Great looking bowl Kyle
I was sad because I had no shoes,
Then I saw a man who had no feet

I am jealous.... Hawaii has most all the great wood.

    Beautiful bowl by the way.

what did you finish it with?
