at full panel size 22x78 x1.75 .625 deep carving each side which left .5 to fit into the stile/rail of door.
rough raster in y .5 ballnose 80% stepover finish raster in x .25 ballnose 9% stepover
for my antique bot with router.....total run time each side just under 11 hrs....
minimal sandind needed, I used new .25 bits for each panel side.
no doubt your machine can do that size twice as fast....
I also cut the same file at .375 deep and I actually liked how it looked better than the .625 cut....plus it was much faster
nice job Nick and congrats on the 1st 3d cut!

After I started I wondered what your depth of cut was....
It took 260min rough.5 endm and finish.25ball together on the 14x32 panel at .75 deep.
The bass wood is not so good for carving with the cnc but is excellent for hand carving... good enough for a test. I will probably sand and stain/clear and destress it for show!
I can see where .375 would have been just fine for depth and probably half the time with just as good a result.
thanks Gene this is a cool file!!
a couple shots of the vintage blue machine mods...she runs .005 ips faster
updated cable management with new 25T XY 20Z pinion gears.

Well they wiped the egg off long enough to win the last game for Bobby.
I will take a wild guess and say it will be the Braves vs Giants for the wildcard next week.
